Travellers who use Heathrow Terminal 5 please tell me you have discovered the ‘pod’. It makes me think of visiting World EXPOs or being at a Disney park. A very simple ‘pod’ takes those that grace the Business car park directly into Terminal 5. Being female, the delights include the lack of waiting in the cold for a bus and not having to lift and up-heave my suitcase in heels. Simple and efficient (except for an amusing one-time breakdown) these should not be limited to this one car park.
